Los Altos First Fridays are community-building events held during the evenings of the first Friday of the month in Downtown Los Altos.  First Fridays are meant to be a fun, social evening for residents of Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, and neighboring communities. It is a great opportunity to shop, dine, and explore what Downtown has to offer.  Many downtown merchants extend their hours, offer complimentary refreshments, and provide fun and interesting in-store activities.  Music on the streets livens the evening.  And, of course, our many fine restaurants are open. Bring your family. Invite your friends and neighbors. Catch-up with people you haven't seen for a while. Los Altos First Fridays are organized by Los Altos Forward, a group of residents, merchants and property owners dedicated to promoting vibrancy in our downtown.  Los Altos Forward is a program of the Los Altos Mountain View Community Foundation.
